Questions people actually ask
Is there a subscription?
No. A single course and the all-access seat are one payment. The only recurring price on this page is the team plan, because a team's seat count changes every month and charging a year in advance for people who have left is not a business we want.
Is it video?
No, and that is on purpose. It is written, so you can read it on a phone in a waiting room, search it, print a module, and finish a lesson in four minutes rather than sitting through nineteen. Every module ends with a spreadsheet, which is the part that changes anything.
What if I do not finish?
Nothing happens. There is no cohort, no drip and no expiry. A module is finished when its check is passed and a check can be retaken as many times as it takes.
Can I get a refund?
Refundable in full for 14 days, for any reason, whether or not you have read the course. Email the address in the footer and it is done the same day.
Do I get a certificate?
One per course, issued when the final assessment is passed. It names this school and no regulator, and it carries an identifier that anybody can check on a public page.
